The Xoriguer Distilleries still make what is llikely the oldest gin in the Mediterranean. It is lovingly handcrafted, using a recipe that dates back to the early 1700s, and distilled in copper alembic stills that are more than 250 years old. Their tradition has earned the prestigious Geographical Indication, as ‘Gin de Mahón’.
