Located in Plaza es Born in a legendary 19th century building that housed the Consulate General of France in Ciutadella for twenty years. New management in 2017 has significantly improved the quality of the experience. While the dining room offers elegant decor with personal touches, I highly recommend their outdoor terrace during summer, which offers spectacular views of the Port of Ciutadella. Simple cuisine and local recipes like their version stuffed squid a la menorquina, steamed rock mussels, monkfish carpaccio, prawns with strawberry vinaigrette, and their tasty grilled lamb chops.
