Es Tast de na Sílvia is the only restaurant in the Balearic Islands to be Slow Food and Km.0 certified. This means that all their ingredients come from local producers and the menu is prepared as soon as the product arrives at the restaurant. Sílvia and Toni go to the market in the mornings and choose the product they like best and those recommended by their trusted suppliers. With what they have bought, they return to the restaurant and think together about what they are going to cook.
