Since their founding in 1982, they have specialized in Menorcan cuisine prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including fresh fish and shellfish caught daily from their own boat. They are the only restaurant on the island that maintains the original - passed-on from multiple generations - recipe for the island's famous Caldreta de Langosta.

Located in a three-hundred-year-old flour mill, clearly visible from the main road on the way into Es Mercadal, here you will find traditional dishes like kidneys with sherry, pork chops 'Es Moli', meat with wild mushrooms, or the delicious stuffed onions. You will also find classics like the chicken with spider crab, snails with crab, or the partridge with cabbage. Great grilled meat, fish and seafood. When you make a reservation (avoid peak hours during summer) ask for a table next to the window or in the indoor dining room - more authentic.
