Every dish is conceived and prepared with care and affection, reflecting a passion for offering only the very best. Here, the foundations of modern French cuisine are combined with Mediterranean influences and flavors from further afield, inspired by travels and encounters across regions.
While the restaurant is firmly rooted in Menorca, Patrick’s French heritage shines through in every plate. Some dishes reveal delicate Gallic touches, others are bold and unexpected, and many carry the unmistakable imprint of Menorcan tradition — as naturally as the island itself.
