Normandy-native Patrick James has built his restaurant up among the leading establishments of Menorca thanks to a contemporary, witty, expressive Mediterranean cuisine; one that is connected to the terroir and respects the gastronomic peculiarities of its surroundings, without complication at the hour of integration; in a delicate way influenced by his country, France, and other European and Asiatic regions. In addition to his cuisine, the reasons for their success are numerous: the lovely farmhouse where the restaurant is located, the reasonable prices (including their tasting menu), the outstanding dining room service in the hands of his wife, Noelia Zardoya; a throughtful wine list, and their selection of desserts.
