A high-quality restaurant that stands out for its cuisine, track record and personality.
The Ses Forquilles team has managed this superb rural hotel restaurant, whose chefs rely on the property’s agriculture and livestock to supply the kitchen and design the menu. Use of their lamb, chicken, olives, almonds and garden vegetables maximize the expression ‘local’; this, coupled with a creative touch, is the restaurant’s trademark. In addition to the classics like their tomato preserves, the ensaimada and foie gras cookies, or the ‘by request’ large pieces of meat, they feature novelties like the grilled octopus wrapped with ibérico pork, hake a la romana, or the Petit-suisse with strawberries from the garden.
