Expert Review - Elegant Dining in a Spellbinding Setting
The dishes are as artful as they are flavorful. Among the starters, the artichoke salad was vibrant and colorful, while the carabinero prawn cocktail reimagined a classic with raw, locally caught prawns—an elegant and memorable twist. For mains, two standouts: the carabinero rice, rich and risotto-like with deep umami and perfectly cooked grains; and the Menorcan vermella beef tenderloin, impeccably seasoned and tender, showcasing the local breed’s quality.
Service throughout was gracious and attentive, with the sommelier deserving special mention for expertly guiding us through a selection of Balearic wines that paired seamlessly with our distinct dishes.
