This historic palace from the 16th Century in Ciutadella was recently converted into an impressive luxury hotel: the Relais & Château Can Faustino. The restaurant offers a light, fresh and simple menu that includes a thoughtful selection of the best produce and fish from the island. Among other dishes, we find the corvina with roasted carrot Parmentier or the ray cooked at low temperature with mayonnaise, capers and wok vegetables to be supreme. From June to September, the magnificent patio with adjacent garden offers a barbeque area for show-cooking spectacles.
