What is the total value my Go+ Pass?
Your Go+ Pass quickly pays for itself, unlocking exceptional value at the island’s best restaurants, hotels and experiences. The more you use it, the more value you unlock, however most members recover their Go+ Trip Pass fee after accessing a single partner perk.
How do I use my Go+ Pass?
After you purchase your pass, you will receive a digital wallet pass that will be saved on your mobile device, in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Your digital Go+ Pass holds all available privileges. When you want to redeem an offer at a participating Pass and related offer to the vendor, who will then redeem and apply the offer to your purchase or experience.
Do my membership benefits extend to my travel party or family?
Membership benefits apply directly to member purchases. To extend benefits to others in party or family, you can take advantage of the reduced rates for our couple and family group memberships. For example, you choose a Family Membership for 5 people, and qualify for a 20% discount on your €150 bill at a participating restaurant. Your €30 discount on this single offer fully covers your family membership cost. If you only had a single membership, your 20% discount would only apply to your meal, or 1/5 of the total bill, for a €6 discount. In this instance your €10 single membership fee would be recovered after two similarly priced meals.
Is Go+ valid for my entire family?
A single Go+ Pass extends privileges for up to 5 people, ideal for couples and families.
What is the term of expiration?
Your Go+ Trip Pass is valid for up to 14 days; while your Go+ Season Pass is valid for the complete 2026 Season.
