Perfect Combinations - Featured in Menorca's 100 Best Restaurants

One of the Best and most consistent restaurants in Menorca.
This pioneer gastrobar of Mahón has been open for many years and garners fans during each service. Marco Antonio and Oriol, purebred chefs and culinary travellers, collectively create direct, crisp flavours by successfully combining offshore raw materials with the best of the island and season. Namely: perrechicos (wild mushrooms) with egg yolk and white sobrassada (traditional Balearic Island cured sausage), salted and dried buey gallego beef, fresh lágrima peas and squid pasta with pesto, baby broad beans with traditional ‘butifarra Cal Rovira’ sausage and a veil of pancetta, cool hibiscus tea, and the original Tigretón of Mahón (rolled chocolate cake). Featuring an informal dining room and bar and a chalkboard listing daily recommendations. Sensational wine cellar.
