Miquel Sánchez is one of the most talented chefs in Menorca, standing out for his bold combinations of ingredients and clear interest in local products. Among his classics: the langoustine ravioli, the rockfish tiradito with apricot and citrus dressing, the glazed pig’s trotters with shrimp carpaccio and fennel salad, the double-variety meat stew with shallots and seasonal vegetables, and the citrus-marinated monkfish. Addicting desserts, a well-stocked wine list and an extraordinary Mistress of Ceremonies: Vianey Ángeles. An essential restaurant.
