Located in a huge, hundred-year-old barn that once stored the grain of Ciutadella and features a dining room that calls attention to its impressive vaults. The art of the grill dominates here, offering a menu with a wide repertoire of meat choices, from their famous gallego ribeye to the delicious free-range chicken, to their beef tenderloin, el secreto de ibérico (speciality Iberian pork), or the addictive pig’s trotters. Their embers provoke other specimens as well: mussels, octopus, and vegetables impeccably leave from the flames. Many enjoy their bar and outdoor terrace to snack informally. Good wine list and very attentive and pleasant dining room service.
